The Downtown Growers; Market in Albuquerque, N.M., is bringing back its Winter markets after a five-year hiatus. The outdoor market at Robinson Park, which usually runs weekly during the warmer months, will now be operating during the winter as well. The market offers local growers and artisans a place to sell their products, and more than 50 vendors are expected to participate in the upcoming winter markets. The first of three winter markets will take place at Fusion near First and Lomas on January 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Vendors will be selling winter veggies, fresh eggs, hand-crafted goods, and more. The market’s website has all the details about the upcoming markets. This initiative aims to support local businesses and provide the community with access to fresh, locally grown produce and handmade goods.
