Chartwell Medical, a manufacturer of high-end medical products, operates across diverse fields such as nuclear medicine, imaging, infection control, ophthalmology, and rehabilitation robotics.
The partnership will involve various subsidiaries of Chartwell Medical, including Fuluo (Shanghai) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., Fuying (Shanghai) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., and Fufeng (Suzhou) Medical Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. Fuying is a joint venture between Chartwell Medical and Sakura Seiki Co., Ltd., while Fufeng is engaged in the sales of medical rehabilitation devices co-developed by various companies.
The collaboration is expected to involve establishing joint investment funds, potential investments by WORK Medical in Chartwell Medical, and co-investing in key projects in the healthcare sector in the future. Both companies aim to enhance operational efficiency, market leadership, and international competitiveness by leveraging their strengths and resources.
