According to an Anarock report, there has been a notable surge in demand for high-quality retail spaces, with well-established brands like Lifestyle, Max, and Home Centre leading the way. The company’s dominance in the sector reflects the growing preference for premium shopping centres.
The report, based on leasing data from Grade A malls in nine major cities, highlights Lifestyle International’s significant lead over other major tenants in the sector. Reliance Projects & Property Management Services and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail followed with 11,83,858 sq. ft. and 11,72,513 sq. ft. leased, respectively.
