Despite inclement weather conditions, the parade went on as planned, delighting crowds in New York City.
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade has a rich history dating back to 1924, when it was much simpler than today’s elaborate event. Over the years, the parade has grown to include iconic balloons and performances from top celebrities. This year’s parade lineup included a variety of performers, from TikTok sensation Charli D’Amelio to Motown legends The Temptations.
