Today, there are existing iceberg homes in London, with plans for underground leisure centers, garages, car collections, Ferris wheels, swimming pools, and art galleries.
While the idea of an iceberg home may seem enticing to some, it has raised concerns among neighbors and city officials. Reports indicate that construction of these homes can weaken foundations, cause disruptions, and even lead to collapses.
